Log clinical hours

Whole hours, or a decimal such as 1.5.
Add minutes on top of the hours.
Inpatient or outpatient care in a hospital.
Hands on lactation care with a family.
For Pathways 2 and 3, the certified consultant who directly supervised you.
Pathways 2 and 3 count only directly supervised hours. Pathway 1 hours do not need direct supervision.
Keep it general, for example feeding plan follow up. Never a patient's or a family's name.

Candidates educated in a Recognised Health Profession have all 14 subjects covered. Otherwise tick each subject as you complete it.

Backup, export and import

Your log lives only in this browser. Export a backup file now and then, and keep it somewhere safe: clearing site data or changing devices loses what is not backed up.

Encrypted backup

Locks the backup with a passphrase using AES-GCM in your browser. The passphrase is never stored: without it the file cannot be opened by anyone, including you.

At least 8 characters.

CSV files

One file for clinical entries and one for courses, with plain column names you can open in a spreadsheet. The import reads the same layout back, or a spreadsheet with a date heading and hours or minutes; every row it skips is listed with the reason.
